Confirm the guest you want to meet and which day a guest will be doing their Photo ops/autographs/meet and greets...etc. Make sure your admission ticket also matches that as well. Tickets are non refundable and you must have an admission ticket for the day your autograph or photo op is. In the event a celebrity cancels or Changes days, we will notify you via our email list or social media and the event website about what to do.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. The individual who purchased the tickets must be present to show ID upon registration.
We work with a variety of venues, including hotels, event spaces, private estates, and more.
All attendees can pick up tickets at will call when you arrive at the event. If your ticket is for Saturday or Sunday, you may still pick up Friday if you are in town. You must show ID at time of pick up. There will be no e-tickets and will come in packages! This way you can keep tickets forever if you want! They will change every convention!
A schedule for all events will be posted here and on social media about 2 weeks prior to all events!
A Meet & Greet can be up to 30 min or sometimes 1 hour with about 10 to 20 other attendees and 1 cast member. You get to talk, ask questions and get a picture on your own phone at the end!
A photo op is taken by a professional photo op company. You will be given a print out after your session. Each photo op ticket allows for 2 attendees to take a picture with the celebrity guest.
